EDUCATION:

Graduated from Aeronautical Safety College in 1985: Specializing in Aeronautical Electronics.


EXPERIENCE:
1985 - 1990
Air Traffic Engineer: Maintaining Radio Navigation Facilities (ILS, VOR/DME, NDB, etc.) at airports in JAPAN.

1990 - Present
Flight Inspector: In 1990, Assigned at Operation and Flight Inspection Division, JCAB.
His total flight hours as a Flight Inspector (Radio engineer) are more than 3,000 flight hours on YS-11, SAAB2000 and G-? Flight Inspection aircrafts. From 1996, as an Instructor and Checker, he has taught Flight Inspection methods to trainee including foreigner from Asian countries. 1998 – 2001, he had also been engaged in taking charge of scheduling for 8 JCAB Flight Inspection aircrafts, and 2001 – 2004, budget management of JCAB Flight Inspection. From 2005, he is developing Flight Inspection criteria and methods for new CNS and RNAV procedure, and researching on Flight Inspection system for new generation system as a Project leader of Modernization program.

JCAB Advisor of SBAS IWG: Attending IWG meeting (WAAS, CWAAS, EGNOS and MSAS Interoperability Working Group meeting) as an advisor since 1998.
