David Cullen has been associated with Navigational
Facilities and Flight Inspection since 1966. In 1965 he joined the
United States Air Force and spent eight years in maintaining navigational
facilities in the Far East as well as at Air Force bases in the
United States. During this time he maintained all navigational facilities
in the USAF inventory. He also spent one year as an Air Force detachment
chief for a LORAN site in Korea.
In 1973 he became involved in flight inspection and the next decade
was spent in the flight inspection arena with assignments in the
United States as well as an assignment to the flight inspection
unit at Yokota, Japan. He spent a total of 14 years in flight inspection,
starting as a system operator and ending as the AFCC headquarters
standardization evaluation operator. He retired from the USAF with
the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.
David has attended the USAF electronic school for navigational aids
as well as other appropriate USAF schools and courses. He has also
completed FAA flight inspection training courses.
Since 1987 he has been in the flight inspection marketing field
while working with Sierra Technologies, Sierra Data Systems and
Aerodata.
David is currently the president of dc Global Associates located
in Buffalo, New York.
